Staff partly nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it has often happened that not all the dishes ordered were packed. Especially annoying when you come home from the McDrive to eat and then discover that you have paid 8 or more euros for food that has been forgotten. As I said, unfortunately it often happened ...

Disaster... With the coupons we had for food at half price, the attempt to charge the normal price is still an attempt ....

The meal today was under all hell! I had a veggie burger for 4.19 euros, the petti was rock hard and dry as a rock. Thanks for nothing. The other citizen was rock hard too. The cheese croissants were in the deep fryer until it was a lump. Paid 23 euros for something so bad, is really an absolute cheek !!!!!

So of the last 10 orders, something was forgotten 9 times. Be it a burger, sauces or fries. If I spend my money on it, I expect to get everything. Since this is not the case, I will no longer buy anything there. Passing on the users' responses to the management does not help, changes would finally be desirable!

Had a wish. Namely smarties in my mc flurry. Didn't get any. Waf then very sad and had a hard time enjoying the rest of the day

Today I bought 4 Happy Meal Menus with many others at mc Drive and I didn't look at everything there straight away and we didn't get any toys .... The children were sad ....

The employee at the checkout was totally unfriendly and incompetent. Some had to wait forever for their food because the orders simply disappeared. I've never seen anything like it at a McDonalds.

Hygiene program is implemented very well. The lady at the checkout (December 29th at 4.30pm) was super friendly and had implemented all the possibilities of the price-performance ratio. Thank you again

In principle a normal McDonalds. I had placed two orders, I had also told the employee that she could pack both orders in one bag, after which the second order was completely forgotten. That I was obviously waiting for an order and that all other customers had been served was not of interest. After I asked the employee about it, I immediately received my second order. In addition, the employees are somewhat overwhelmed with these "in process" and "ready for collection". Thus, orders are really "ready to be picked up" even though they are still being prepared.

I love McDonald’s! Unfortunately there is an employee in Stadtbergen, I think it is even the branch manager who is soooo unfriendly. Always!! I forgive a lot, but the way he treats his employees and customers is simply impossible!

Unfriendly staff, we should "just put our completed registration form in front" The folder with the registration forms was left unattended right next to the front door during our stay.

If you are not hungry, but just want to have a good coffee to take away, the journey is recommended.

Everything was okay .. with the huge rush it was already heavy. Thanks for the great friendliness.

On the one hand, sometimes really unfriendly service at the drive in, then we had 4x 6 nuggets that were just dark brown and dry without end. That's really a pity. 2 stars because I occasionally meet friendly staff.

Lately something is missing from every order! BigMac and Chicken were not included in the order twice! The gentleman at the desk has NOT yet discovered the friendliness!

Just happened again. Ordered 2 menus and a chicken cheese box to take away, everything was great. At home I found (again) that the side dishes were missing. Has happened several times now. Either the sauces or the 2nd menu, something is always missing. It's a shame, actually, as the staff is actually quite friendly to me. Can't just go back now and demand my side dishes. In the future I should check whether everything is really there

Very good service! We had ordered a Signature with avocado and fried egg, but the egg was missing. That would have bothered us less, but the service-oriented behavior of the McD employees was great! We got 2 McSundae as "compensation" for the missing fried egg. You can rant about the American philosophy as you like, but customer orientation comes first!

I am usually very reluctant to give negative reviews because mistakes can happen anywhere. At this McDonalds branch, unfortunately, mistakes are the rule rather than the exception. During my visits, something was missing from many orders or the products were often cold or the burgers were assembled carelessly. Today during lunch break at McDrive I ordered a Big Vegan TS as a Mc Menu and then drove back to the office to eat. There I discovered that the burger was prepared and packed WITHOUT PATTY. In addition, the fried onions were missing. Another time I ordered from the store and found that the touch display to place the order was very dirty. Since I didn't want to touch the dirty display for hygienic reasons, I turned to an employee and politely asked if it would be possible to wipe the display. In response, I was told in a less than friendly tone that the display had already been wiped today. I replied that it's dirty now. The following response from the employee then left me somewhat speechless: "And anyway, the more often you wipe it off, the faster it gets dirty again!" ADDITION: In the meantime I was back at the McDrive. Since I have often had to experience that something is missing, I checked in the parking lot that everything was fine. And lo and behold, the fries were missing this time. They were delivered without complaint, but it is still very annoying and annoying when something is missing from almost every order.

Not as good as most McDonald’s I’ve been to. Not as clean as most, and I can only hope the McChicken is coming back soon. They only serve the McChicken classic which is vastly inferior.

Somehow manage to make 4 mistakes on a single order. When confronted with the fact that they served us a beef burger instead of a chicken burger it took them 20 minutes to give us the correct one. Also gave us sauces we didn’t order and a cold cheeseburger. I’d skip this one and go to the next.

Very clean beautiful Mc Donalds, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast and eater is delicious. In addition, very nice outdoor area with games for children.

Someone on here mentioned how well the transition to the new generation of mcdonalds went, that the corp. thought of everything. Touch screens etc.. Great. Here are some other points to improve (might be more interesting than touch screens.) - Lady at the cashier simply did not know how to scan or put in a voucher from their app. No help from her besides "well it don't work" We had to escalate the issue to the manager ourselves and it worked. Whatever. - Food came in cold

The transformation of in-store experience is quite dramatic: touch screens, ticket system, table service. It is clear that MDs research into customer behaviour has created a completely different feel, both for customers and employees alike. Only 4 stars because I'd like to see MDs use it's brand appeal to better solve problems associated with healthy eating - that I believe is the next iteration.
